Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of all Visual and Store Planning directives.
- Assist in creating floorplans based on seasonal product changes and updating digital files as needed.
- Assist Visual Merchandising Manager with Location Planning and Adjacency Planning in top doors.
- Provide feedback and input into location visits with Product Development/Planning/Ops Teams.
- Assist in the creation of Visual Merchandising Standards.
- Travel to locations to:
- Execute visual changes and product updates
- Implement Visual Guidelines
- Train Ops teams on new standards and visual executions
- Survey location and determine any product, fixture, or marketing needs
- Walk with Ops Team to understand guest flow and business
- Create written post walk recaps with agreed upon responsibilities and delivery dates.
- Source visual fixtures and work with Ops team to procure.
- Create and maintain a visual catalog of all visual fixtures, props, and accessories.
- Work to identify placement and visual merchandising asset needed to support all in-store communication.
- Assist in the development of innovative merchandise displays, window campaigns, and creative when needed.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure locations have necessary materials to execute Company Initiatives and Campaigns.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Corporate Retail Environment.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and Excel.
- Able to travel 30-50%.
