What are the responsibilities and job description for the Eyewear Consultant position at Hardeman County Vision Center Inc?
Our office is seeking an optical assistant with professional experience and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an optometrist/ophthalmologist office, including providing customers with detailed information about product options available and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with their glasses before leaving the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients with eyewear and lens selection
- Correspondence with eyewear labs and insurance companies
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace, lab and inventory
- Aid in performing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling
- Data entry
