As our next dishwasher, we're looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. We need someone dependable who can pitch in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities:- Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
- After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations
- Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine
- Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
