Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operations of our shop and warehouse. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, planning deliveries, and coordinating material flow to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming hardware, metal, and materials.
  • Process shipments in the ERP system and manage inventory/staging.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries; prepare necessary shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with Project Managers regarding deliveries and material needs.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and assist with local deliveries.
  • Support scheduling for shop staff including welders and locksmiths.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of administrative experience, logistics preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift experience and ability to lift materials as needed.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.

Employment Requirements:
Employment for this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, MRV and drug screening. This role is classified as safety-sensitive, and as such, is subject to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Drug screening will be conducted in accordance with federal regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and applicable state and local laws. A positive drug test or failure to comply with the screening process will result in disqualification from employment.
