What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Associate position at Hargrave Military Academy?
Position Title: Maintenance Associate
Reports to: Facilities Director and Director of Maintenance, Hargrave Military Academy
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Handles general repairs and maintenance on the grounds and buildings. Including general carpentry, metal work, painting, plumbing, and electrical

HVAC, boiler experience a plus

Complies with established regulatory, safety, and risk management guidelines.

Work in a variety of environments, working from a schedule identifying specific areas and tasks they are to complete each shift.

Willing to cover other areas in the event of a co-workers' absence, or work additional hours or on weekends as needed to meet service requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by the President.

Support the school and its leadership.
