Position Description
Your top priority is to collaborate with other business leaders to develop and implement the enterprise-wide operating system utilizing continuous improvement / Lean principles.
- Partner within Continuous Improvement team for program design to drive innovative and sustainable programs applied, with a focus on plant floor productivity
- Lead Continuous Improvement program implementation at our manufacturing facility
- Drive culture change and provide leadership to ensure Continuous Improvement program success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 7 years of experience Lean/Six Sigma Role
- Configured/Custom OEM product manufacturing
- Lean Production System Experience (TPS, CPS, DBS)
- Direct leadership experience Lean/6 Sigma Certification
