💼 Present and sell life, health, Medicare, and retirement insurance from our 15 carrier portfolio
🔥 Follow our sales system—no cold calling; warm, pre-qualified leads provided
🎯 Maintain 70% placement rates using our structured approach and support
📱 Provide ongoing service via phone to keep 90% policy retention
🤝 Participate in community outreach and enrollment sessions via phone
🧾 Use HubSpot CRM and JustCall phone system to document all client interactions
🌟 Deliver exceptional service and help us maintain 95% client satisfaction

📍 Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License (required)
📞 2–5 years of phone sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
📈 Proven telesales results and strong communication/closing skills
💻 Experience with CRM and phone systems (HubSpot JustCall a plus)
🏢 Must work on-site at our Austin, TX office (no remote work)
