- Keep the appointment book filled daily with clients
- Create warm, caring relationships with clientele
- Make 10 to 30 phone calls a day to keep our amazing Massage Therapists busy at all times
- Upsell clients on services offered
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments
- Collect payments and handle point of sale data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Talents you must have:
- Must be very extroverted with excellent communication skills and able to motivate people to take responsibility for their health and wellness
- Able to sell our services with a caring, compelling and friendly touch
