Duties
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and appealing.
- Use basic computer skills to navigate our software system.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to leasing contracts.
Skills
- Leasing experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents related to leasing contracts.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient in office software applications for record keeping and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks effectively.
