The Harnham Group is the largest Data and Analytics staffing firm globally with offices in New York, Phoenix, London and Amsterdam. Harnham is a very specialist company and working on niche roles, we work with clients within a range of industries including cutting-edge startups, well known social media brands, ecommerce retailers and international financial companies.
Currently we are looking for ambitious, self-motivated and bold who are driven by success!
- This is a full 360 recruitment consultant role where you will be responsible for managing the end to end cycle from sourcing jobs and sourcing candidates.
- The job involves business development, building relationships with clients, outbound emails and calling as well as nurturing existing client relations. As this is a sales career expect to be working in an environment that is very target-driven; you'll be competing with your co-workers to meet and exceed targets.
- You’ll be working towards KPIs and targets to generate revenue for yourself!
- 50% of the role is chasing leads, reaching out to hiring managers and clients who could be hiring and understanding their pain points to then sell Harnham’s talent solutions.
- The other 50% of the role is focused on candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes
