Our client is a Detroit based hotel/restaurant/hospitality organization that is expanding. We are searching for a Operations Director to oversee multiple locations in Detroit. Candidate must enjoy working evening and weekends, be hands-on when needed, and have a strong front of the house dining service background. Culinary knowledge would be a plus along with craft cocktail, wine, craft beer expertise. Several locations offer specialty food offerings and catering. Will oversee staff hiring and training $80,000-85,000 plus bonus and excellent benefit package.
