Harper Harrison are working with a leading multi-discipline engineering consultancy who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of civil site design and land development projects. The Role
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and assistant project managers
- Represent clients in planning, zoning, and community meetings
- Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven experience managing land development projects from concept through construction
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Confident communicator, able to represent clients and the firm in public forums
