Land Development Project Manager

Harper Harrison are working with a leading multi-discipline engineering consultancy who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of civil site design and land development projects. This is an opportunity to step into a client-facing leadership role, driving delivery and mentoring a high-performing team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The Role

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and assistant project managers
• Represent clients in planning, zoning, and community meetings
• Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proven experience managing land development projects from concept through construction
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Confident communicator, able to represent clients and the firm in public forums
