Player Development Manager:
Provides customer service to our gaming guests above and beyond what is normally provided on the gaming floor. Create a friendly rapport with customers to promote loyalty among our guests, ensuring a return visit. Hosts special events, involved in mailings to high end customers, acts as a customer service representative on the gaming floor who guests recognize and can contact for services, events, complaints, or any other gaming needs. Ability to resolve a customer complaint or problems. Able to call customers verifying RSVPs and make personal invitations. Help with evening, weekend, and off-property trips/events/promotions. Completes other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Highly involved with developing new guests and monitoring card play to ensure premium guests have and use their player tracking cards.
- Ensures customers receive a high level of service from all areas.
- Provides customers with a positive experience to promote a return visit.
- Must be able to speak publicly.
- Recognize High End Players and can arrange events and coordinate trips.
- Ability to book customers for sporting events.
- Distribute giveaway promotions.
- Assist with slot tournaments and other special gaming events.
- Evaluates and issues comps based on player activity.
- Confidentiality
- Ability to learn and explain game rules and playability.
- Knowledge of player tracking system.
- Attends offsite functions to develop new players.
- Recruit new customers for the Player Club. Issue cards, comps, gift of the month.
- Must be able to obtain a Delaware State Lottery License
