Company: Harris Media
About Harris Media:
Harris Media is the largest conservative digital agency in Florida, leading the charge in bold, effective, and culture-defining messaging for Key Republican candidates, Super PACs, and advocacy organizations. We’ve worked directly with names like Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Marco Rubio, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Senator Rand Paul, Governor Rick Scott, and Right for America Pro Trump Super PAC—driving digital strategy at the highest levels of American and international politics.
Our work has been featured in The Washington Post, CNN, PR Weekly, and more. We're proud to set the standard for what conservative marketing should look like in the digital age.
About the Role:
This is not a job for someone looking to coast. This is the next big career move for a driven, politically aligned strategist who wants to lead the charge on major national and statewide campaigns. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, managing high-profile client relationships, leading internal teams, and ensuring execution at the highest standard.
We’re looking for a Director of Accounts who can step into the fire and thrive—confidently running full-scale digital campaigns, driving measurable results, and being the trusted strategic voice for clients across the country.
This is a chance to take real ownership. You won’t just be part of the team—you’ll be spearheading the direction of many campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution across all digital platforms: social, email, SMS, paid media, websites, and much more
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for major clients, presenting strategies and managing high-stakes relationships with confidence and clarity
- Direct and manage internal teams, including full-time creatives and coordinators, to deliver top-tier work on time
- Personally step in to build out content calendars, write copy, QA ad campaigns, or troubleshoot creative when needed—no task is beneath you
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and make real-time strategic decisions based on results and political context
- Use tools like Jira to manage workflows, track performance, and drive accountability
- Coach and develop junior team members, set expectations, and elevate performance with honest, constructive feedback
- Maintain a relentless focus on client satisfaction and campaign impact
What Success Looks Like:
This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for direction—you set the direction. You’ll be evaluated on your ability to lead accounts independently, maintain strong client trust, manage internal execution, and adapt to fast-changing political environments. If you're doing your job right, you're freeing up time for our executive team to focus on vision—because you’ve got the execution handled. This is hard work, but rewarding work for the right person.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of digital marketing, political campaign, or advertising agency experience
- Proven track record managing full-time staff (not just freelancers or interns)
- Exceptional communication skills—you can lead a call, calm a nervous client, or push back when needed
- Hands-on experience executing digital work: Social Media (paid and organic), Google Ads, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc
- Deep understanding of digital performance metrics and how to translate them into strategic action
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and unfazed by pressure
- Must be able to commute to our Miami HQ three days per week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in Republican politics, conservative advocacy, or public affairs
- Background in paid media buying and/or ad creative strategy
- Copywriting, video editing, or graphic design skills*

- You’ll be in the room with decision-makers—from U.S. Senators to major PAC directors
