Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop positive and wholesome relationships with prospects by listening to their needs, asking questions to acquire more information, and choosing the benefits of our brand that will uniquely meet their needs
- Present product and service information directly to potential customers and track brand initiatives to determine areas for improvement during the customer service process
- Accurately enter confidential customer information on company tablets to increase customer enrollments and sales goals
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers in an accurate and efficient manner
- Enhance brand awareness and increase knowledge of our clients by attending webinars and client meetings
- Drive interest and leads through the creation of strategic target marketing and developing savvy strategies to assist in achieving quarterly sales targets
- Research demographics and local competitors to meet the needs of our consumers and develop a cutting edge against the competition
- Maintain strong knowledge of the community’s unique selling points, including benefits, sales promotions, and services provided to residents and rates
Requirements of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or Communications preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an Account Management, sales, or related position preferred
