Leading multidisciplinary team is looking for a Senior Plumbing Design Engineer for their Pittsburgh team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead plumbing design on a variety of projects (Healthcare / Labs Industrial Education Institutional and Commercial)
- Develop the following :
o Project scope
o Schedule
o Plumbing and fire protection budget / design approach
o Feasibility studies / project cost estimate
o Value engineering
o Code Review
o Project specifications
Requirements :
o Plumbing Codes and Uniform Plumbing Codes
o NFPA 54; National Fuel Gas Code
o Relevant building codes sustainability green building rating systems industry standards
o LEED compliance documentation
o Plumbing design / calculation resources
o Revit and AutoCAD
Salary is commensurate with experience.
