Job Description:
Provides client service support to our clients/patients withlaboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions,problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients andco-workers.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- AS degree preferred.

Customer service experience with knowledge ofmedical terminology required.
Call center experience preferred. - Previous laboratory or medical office experiencepreferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and theability to read, write and speak the English language.
