Our Wilsonville facility is growing, and we’re currently looking for a dependable Machine Operator – Day Shift. This is not a supervisory role, but we’re looking for someone who can take the initiative, set the pace, and help drive results alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with handling and preparing raw glass and interlayer materials
- Measure, cut, and clean glass and film to prepare for lamination
- Help assemble layers of glass and interlayer materials with accuracy
- Support pre-pressing and autoclave operations (heat and pressure bonding)
- Inspect finished laminated glass for quality and report any defects
- Learn to operate and maintain lamination equipment and tools
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow written instructions, standard procedures, and supervisor guidance
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable with hand tools and reading a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with automated equipment or glass fabrication
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment and glass
- PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, cut-resistant gear)
- Physical work: lifting, bending, standing for long periods
