Communications Supervisor - Full Time

Description

The Communications Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the successes of various marketing and communication campaigns for Harvest Christian Fellowship. Those campaigns include social media, email communication, digital and traditional advertising, print deliverables, and ChMS management. The Communications Supervisor regularly supervises staff, provides management to the department, and provides input into job status (hiring, firing, promotions, and assignments). The Communications Supervisor also oversees and helps to grow and better define the ChMS management process for Harvest Christian Fellowship through the use of defined workflows and communications that help to aid Harvest in qualitative growth. In addition, the ChMS, the Communications Supervisor will manage and report on KPI’s for Church Health. The Communications Supervisor also oversees the promotion of all A, B, and C level events/ministries as defined by the Administrative team and Director of Communications. They serve with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values, and mission. 

Requirements

• Helps to oversee all marketing campaigns for Harvest Christian Fellowship.
• Provides supervision to staff, management support, and job input decisions. 
• Oversees all event/ministry communication plans. 
• Oversees all social media campaigns. 
• Oversees all digital advertising of Harvest Christian Fellowship.
• Oversees the ChMS process of Harvest Christian Fellowship.
• Helps to report on all KPI’s for church health.
• Manage project schedules, assigns responsibilities to Web, Design, Video, and Communications teams, monitors, summaries and regularly reports project status to ensure deadlines are met on time.
• Confer with directors and managers to discuss and project needs and timelines.
• Provides management support to all direct staff.
• Provides general strategy to ensure quantitative and qualitative growth.
• Analysis of current trends and provides campaigns based on those trends.

• Annual Salary Range:  $70,000 to $75,000

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
