SummaryServices Learning & Development Partner (LDP) GxPSite Services is responsible for the physical campus of the company’s SSF building, including technical facilities and operations, and employee services. Site Services has 7 functions ranging including Site Operations, Real Estate & Workplace Effectiveness, Design & Construction, Environment, Health and Safety, Security & Resilience, Workforce Services, Strategy & Business Operations. The Learning & Development Partner (LDP) plays a critical role in advancing the outcomes of Site Services and ensuring we continuously ensure a culture of compliance excellence to ensure patient safety and our right to operate.This role is a strategic Learning & Development Partner (LDP) with an emphasis on GxP and compliance, supporting Site Services to maintain a culture of compliance excellence and ensure patient safety. The LDP translates business needs into effective learning strategies and collaborates with leaders, L&D peers, and compliance teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead GxP & Compliance Excellence: Co-represent Site Services in GMP/product quality committees, manage compliance commitments and reporting, and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities for GxP and compliance.Manage Training Processes: Lead the strategy for role-based training assignments, ensure training compliance reporting, and oversee the Learning Plan Review process with leaders and managers to ensure accurate GxP training assignments.Support Regulatory Inspections: Assist with regulatory and partner inspection readiness, specifically by contributing training compliance reports and managing Training System Health topics.Develop Learning Solutions: Act as a strategic partner to assess business needs and prioritize learning opportunities, co-create learner-centric training curricula (live, hybrid, e-learning) that are accurate and streamlined.Manage Learning Assets & Systems: Follow processes for accessing learning materials from global systems like Cornerstone (LMS) and Veeva (electronic document system), and ensure end-to-end training curricula are in the appropriate content management and learning management systems.Key Capabilities:Extensive Learning & GxP Expertise:Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a Manufacturing or GxP and Compliance Learning & Development function, preferably in Pharma or Biotech, with a Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 5 years of experience leading learning strategies and developing a variety of training curricula (instructor-led, web-based, hybrid) and assets.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone highly preferred) and training compliance reporting.Strategic Leadership & Project Management:Proficient project management skills.Ability to act as a "self-starter," working autonomously and managing prioritization and planning effectively in a shifting environment.An agile mindset, focusing on simplification, impact, and urgency.Strong Collaboration and Influence:Exceptional ability to build and maintain constructive, trusting relationships with internal and external partners across all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, lead effective matrix teams, and proactively break down silos.Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly, including to executive leaders.RequirementsSoft skills: Must be able to present and work closely with clients/executivesMinimum years of experience: 5 yearsThe hiring range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour.
