Haselwood Auto Group's Allstate team is adding Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s). They are responsible to complete outbound calls to assist in servicing and cross-selling to our current customers, complete insurance needs analysis for customers who accepted an insurance review. Perform a variety of office/clerical functions including answering telephones, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, faxing documents, scanning, and maintaining a professional office environment. Minimum contact levels are 50 per day while networking within and outside of the auto group.
Customer Service Representatives are required to:
- Obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty License within 60 days of employment
- Maintain and keep current/up to date on all required education, including product knowledge and continuing education requirements for WA State.
- Possess strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Possess and maintain a positive, upbeat and enthusiastic attitude while providing remarkable customer service to our customers and dealership staff.
