For starters, let’s make sure you have some basic qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in getting recruiting results
- Ample time spent in effectively managing full-cycle recruiting tasks and relationships
- Effectively manage multiple priorities that center on your customer and with responsiveness, they would find refreshing
- Agility balanced with discernment for the people and tasks you need to manage to get consistent results

- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Proven results in quickly creating impactful relationships through connections made through LinkedIn, niche associations, or other sources
- Skills in attracting qualified candidates to the positions you are responsible for filling and corresponding effectively via email, text, and social media platforms that people you have worked with would brag about you for having
- Provide consultative search recruiting services, including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, and assessment, advising clients, and offering negotiations
- Continuous networking and pipelining to identify talent for current openings as well as potential future needs
- Development and execution of diversity plans and overall talent acquisition strategies
- Actively develops and manages full cycle recruiting, recruit, screening, and recommended placement of staff
- Coordinate advertising efforts in conjunction with staffing requirements to include trade publications, websites, social media, company website, and other avenues
- Maintains clear communication with all applicants, answering any questions as it pertains to the job being filled and applicant status
- Works with Manager - Talent Acquisition to understand candidate requirements and create projected forecasts to assist in future hiring needs
- Ensure candidate flow to meet and exceed hiring goals
- Assist the team with planning and participation in hiring events
- Create strategic sourcing plans to address the number of open requisitions
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
- Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends
- Ability to use innovative techniques to meet fluctuating staffing demands within the business
- Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and performance management is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Strong sense of urgency, drive, and passion to take ownership of all projects
- Strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
