We are seeking Lead Machine Assemblers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for building custom high speed automation equipment. As a member of the Build department, you will work with engineering and field service and report to our Build Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Assembly of custom designed equipment automation assembly and inspection equipment.
• Build and troubleshoot automated assembly machines, sub-assemblies, and electrical components from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Problem solving machine issues that arise.

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Have the capability to operate various machining equipment (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong desire for ongoing training and growth in a team- oriented environment
• The ability to effectively communicate, lead teams and meet deadlines
• Working PLC and AC/DC fundamentals knowledge is a
• Associates Degree in industrial technology/applied science is a
• High School Diploma and 3 years of mechanical assembly experience
