Our team is seeking a professional and reliable person who will provide high-level administrative support to the President and other Executive Team members.
The Executive Assistant will provide a full range of detail-oriented administrative tasks, including the management of schedules, organization of travel arrangements and company events, coordinating the flow of information on behalf of Executive Team members and required parties, and assisting with meeting preparation and logistics.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, along with strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, judgment and the ability to adapt and thrive in a deadline-driven environment through professional and courteous communication will all be sought in a successful applicant. Previous experience of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant is required.
