Hybrid Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description Summary : The Trader is operating media buying for a client portfolio. Job Description : Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di specialisti Digital, Havas Media Network è attualmente alla ricerca di una figura Social & Performance Consultant. La Risorsa si inserirà nella Business Unit Revenue & Profitability, all’interno del team Digital Hub, e darà il proprio supporto nella gestione delle attività di media trading per i clienti assegnati e per l’implementazione di servizi di consulenza. Principali responsabilità: Gestione day by day: gestione in autonomia delle attività di adverting su tutte le principali piattaforme Social (Meta, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin). La risorsa si dedicherà al set up delle campagne, alla gestione del budget e all’ottimizzazione delle performance; Pianificazione e gestione strategica: sviluppo di strategie e soluzioni avanzate per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della campagna (lead, vendite, traffico etc). Selezione e pianificazione del migliore media mix, identificazione dei parametri chiave con successiva definizione di percorsi atti al miglioramento delle attività. Implementazione di Best Practice, Enhanced Campaigns e condivisione delle innovazioni; Monitoraggio delle campagne con focus paid social e reportistica avanzata; Attività di follow up commerciale e preparazione di report e analisi del contesto competitivo sia sui Clienti sia sui risultati economico-finanziari; Ideazione ed implementazione delle strategie legate in primo luogo a campagne paid social su tutte le principali piattaforme; Definizione degli indicatori chiave di performance per il miglioramento continuo delle campagne advertising; Relazione costante con il cliente con focus sui bisogni ed i risultati ottenuti. Requisiti: Laurea o cultura equivalente, esperienza minima di 3 o 4 anni in ambito social advertising e preferibilmente keyword advertising; Competenza tecnica sui seguenti strumenti: Facebook Ads (avanzato), TikTok for Business (è richiesta pregressa esperienza su gestione di campagne sia in reservation che in auction); Costituisce requisito marcatamente preferenziale l’aver maturato esperienza di gestione di campagne Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest; gradita expertise su Paragone (MMR) ed eventualmente Sprinklr; La conoscenza anche basica di Google Analytics e Data Studio costituiranno titolo preferenziale; MS Office (avanzato); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (valutata in fase di colloquio e determinante ai fini della selezione); Pensiero analitico; Spiccato orientamento ai risultati; Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione, attitudine al teamwork; Autonomia operativa; Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività.
