Golf Shop Customer Service Team Lead Full Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department in our Golf Shop, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organizational skills, along with a passion for leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club rental reservations, cancellations, refunds, and guest lists
• Book tee times and facilitate club rental reservations
• Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer interactions.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using computerized systems, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Word/Excel

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clerical skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in office management tasks including time management and calendar management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
