The LaSalle Street Cable Car Powerhouse is a beautiful,designated landmark, initially opened in 1887, in the heyday of Chicago’s cablecar system. We intend to do it justice by restoring the original features totheir former glory and, at the same time, breathe new life into the space.
Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, we’relooking for a brand-new Prep Cook to join our team and open our second internationalrestaurant in Chicago.

oBatches and recipes
