They will collaborate closely with the Regional Estimator to ensure all bids are accurate and correctly reflected in the purchase orders.

They will collaborate closely with the Regional Estimator to ensure all bids are accurate and correctly reflected in the purchase orders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Job Builds – Ensures accurate material takeoffs, creates Bills of Materials for ERP system purchase orders, coordinates all administrative work with the Estimator on bids and budgets, and reviews jurisdictional requirements to adjust purchase orders accordingly.
- Job Cost Detail Review: Compiles information into a Job Cost Detail Packet for review with the Project Manager, notes contract selections impacting purchase orders, ensures accuracy through effective communication, and uploads all relevant data to the ERP system.
- Communication: Interacts daily with Project Managers on material status and challenges, communicates with vendors and trades, resolves discrepancies in material orders, and nurtures strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
