Controller

• Review and own month-end close process
• Manage and review daily cash forecasting
• Support the preparation of financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and related commentary is complete and accurate
• Oversee operational accounting by ensuring physician payrolls, billings, collections, and payments are completed timely and accurately
• Coordinate year-end external audits
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare reporting and facilitate presentations to senior leadership and ownership
• Responsible for creating efficiencies, identifying issues, and delivering solutions

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• CPA with strong knowledge of current GAAP
• Prior experience as a Controller preferably in a staffing company
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (master’s in accounting/MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and/or audit roles with experience in a $200M company (public accounting experience preferably in a Big 4 firm)
• Excellent supervisory skills and experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM software (NetSuite and/or Salesforce a plus)
