Human Resources Manager

Position: Human Resource Manager (On Site)

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate all steps of the hiring process
• Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding
• Prepare and maintain employee files
• Performs routine tasks required to administer human resource programs including, but not limited to: benefits enrollment and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; and training and development
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
• Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Provide insight and direction to employees regarding company policies, benefits, and day-to-day needs
• Oversee timely compensation and performance evaluations
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
• Act as a confidential liaison for management and staff regarding all personnel issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field of study
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Previous human resource experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
