What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Hayman Company?
618 South Main Apartments in Ann Arbor is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The team is looking for a team oriented, self starting, organized and energetic person that strives to make customers happy. The duties include the industry practices of completing work orders, vacant turn maintenance, grounds and preventative maintenance. We prefer experience with HVAC, appliance repair and light carpentry. However, we are willing to train and develop the person that wants to learn more about property management and the skill set it takes to be successful. On call hours are required on a rotated basis with other maintenance staff members.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
