Assignment Details- Dates: March 16th to March 21st
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
- Night call & 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday
- Coverage Hours: The locum provider will cover call requirements, reporting 9 hours during the day (8 am to 5 pm) and a 15-hour night call shift (5 pm to 8 am) on weekends. Hospital consultations for radiation therapy may be required.
- Duties: The locum will see patients once a week and be available during their treatment.
- FTE: Full-time (1.0)
- Required Procedures: Typical Radiation Oncology procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Clinic Staff
- Reason for Coverage: Provider vacation
- Patient Volume: Averaging 38-50 patients under treatment daily
- Treatment Approach: The locum will see patients once a week but be available during their treatment. The facility offers low dose rate brachytherapy, and there is full-time RN staffing and medical assistant support.
- Timeframe: AR License (4-8 weeks), hospitalist privileges (2-4 weeks)
- Requirements: AR license and DEA
- Credentialing with Other Facilities: No
