Haymarket Media, Inc has an exciting opportunity for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing Digital Ad Ops team in the New York City office! 

 

Job Overview:

The Ad Operations Specialist will support our rapidly growing digital advertising business by managing ad campaigns across both our owned and operated websites as well as a large number of off-site properties. This role reports directly to the Senior Ad Operations Director. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Book ad campaigns utilizing Google Ad Manager, Live Intent, and DSP platforms (ie. TradeDesk, Beeswax) across all Haymarket properties 
  • Provide inventory forecasts, specs, and all business intelligence needed by sales to address RFPs 
  • Partner with the client success team to receive all elements of an ad campaign and QA all assets for accuracy 
  • Utilize STAQ to monitor campaign pacing, 1p/3p discrepancies, and viewability/NHT KPIs 
  • Address day-to-day technical issues and questions from clients and internal personnel
  • Generate and review timely reports to address delivery issues and make optimization recommendations

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ad serving experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with non-human traffic and viewability measurement tools (ie DoubleVerify) a plus
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and attention to detail 
  • MS Office or Google Docs experience required
  • Strong organization, verbal, and analytic skills

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000–$55,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
