We are looking for a Seasonal Server to work Showbarn events on occasion. This position reports to our Venue Manager.

Responsibilities

• Masterful Service: Execute synchronized service techniques with expertise in culinary and beverage offerings, tableside etiquette, beverage service, and food presentation.
• Attentive Hospitality: Proactively anticipate and meet guests' needs and preferences to ensure flawless and memorable experiences.
• Professional Engagement: Interact with guests courteously and respectfully, embodying poise and confidence while representing Ashbourne Farms' standard of service.
• Personal Presentation Excellence: Maintain a polished appearance, adhering to uniform standards and ensuring impeccable grooming.
• Fine Dining Etiquette and Event Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in fine dining etiquette, including proper utensil placement and usage, elegant tableside service techniques, and an in-depth understanding of menu offerings to provide exceptional dining experiences. Additionally, handle pre- and post-event responsibilities like performing inventory maintenance and placement, polishing flatware, preparing tea and coffee service materials, and spot cleaning.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or event catering is preferred.
• Additional certifications or training in hospitality, food service, or related fields is beneficial.
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale events is desirable.
• Capable of lifting up and moving objects of 25 pounds at a time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Exceptional problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to learning.
