Your new role
- Manage projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million in scope
- Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
- Lead cross-functional teams to success
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Manage risks and ensure project success
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience in hospitality is preferred
- Ability to travel a few times a month to check on projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
