What You’ll Do
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Support scheduling, cost tracking, and project controls
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Assist with estimating and takeoffs when needed
- Contribute to major public and private infrastructure projects
What You Bring
- 2–5 years in civil construction
- Experience with DOT, heavy highway, bridge, or roadway projects
- Strong technical and communication skills
- BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
