Position Summary:
Troubleshoots problems with telemetry monitoring equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of a basic telemetry monitoring course and/or completion of competency training for basic arrhythmia interpretation.
Acute care patient experience preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
Nursing Assistant
Certified Nursing Assistant or higher level Cardiac Certification
