Responsibilities:
- On-call response to assist with spill cleanup in diverse scenarios like train derailments, pipeline releases, truck wrecks, and dock spills.
- Traveling to various locations
- Engaging in manual labor for both hazardous and non-hazardous spill cleanup
- Working hands-on in the field as a technician
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Maintaining a meticulous activity log
- Reporting any issues or incidents promptly
- Conducting pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Obtaining and maintaining a CDL with necessary endorsements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in truck driving or related fields
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel
- Availability for 40 hours per week
- Successful completion of drug/alcohol/background tests
- Clean driving record
