Operating room RN position at Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center
Strong experience in Ortho; Experience in Endoscopy, General, and ENT cases required
Minimum 2 years experience; previous travel experience preferred
Call rotation plus every 6 or 7th weekend
Orientation is bi-weekly; Start date on job is start date needed
RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer
Job Requirements
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Kentucky or compact for KY ARH facilities / WV or compact for WV facilities
Nursing license verification required within 30 days of start
Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or a positive titer required prior to start
Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series or declination accepted
Annual Physical or Physician note / statement within 1 year prior to start required
Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or a positive titer required prior to start
Tdap vaccination required
Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start
Schedule Information

Additional Details
AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card for BLS and ACLS

The flu vaccine is required by 12 / 11 until Flu requirement expires in March
