Salary new (max and min): USD $104,081.00 - USD $151,667.00 /Yr.
Provide direction, leadership, oversight, and strategy for the operations of all services within span of responsibility. Provide oversight, leadership, and direction for operations aligned with organizational and strategic priorities, budgetary oversight, ensure compliance with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation policies and procedures, regulatory and Joint Commission standards. Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including employees, site leaders, national leaders, corporate services to ensure operational and clinical functions align, deliver high quality care, customer, and referent satisfaction. Represent Hazelden Betty Ford by doing media interviews, presentations, donor meetings, and other outreach and marketing as needed.
- Provide direction and oversight to operations, assuring the services are delivered according to the standards of care and practice within the parameters established by the strategic plan and budget process.
- Provide leadership, clinical and administrative supervision, strategic vision, and focus to direct reports and across span of influence.
- Ensure effective business leadership, fiscal responsibility and monitoring of operations to accomplish business goals.
- Lead site leadership teams and actively participate in national teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree

- MN: LADC
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient/client care in substance use and/or mental health services
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or operations position
- Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of direct care in substance use and mental health services
- 3 years or more of providing clinical supervision to staff, students, interns.
