What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Technician position at Hazelett Corporation?
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team working 4-night weeks, Monday - Thursday on second shift!
Our manufacturing technician team makes large steel casting belts from steel sheets using large automatic machinery. These casting belts weigh between 70 and 350 pounds and involve teamwork. Working with sheet metal belts, shearing, welding, grinding welds, coating with specialized thermal spray equipment is required and we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who has:
- The willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred.
- Previous experience with light construction hand tools and automatic machinery preferred.
- Experience with a forklift preferred.
