What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Hazelnuts Creperie?
We are seeking outgoing, friendly & energetic team members to join our team at our Blakeney Shopping Center location in the heart of South Charlotte.
To be successful in this role, you must genuinely enjoy serving guests. You should also be available regularly to work weekend shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.

WE ASK YOU TO:
- Have to ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
TEAM MEMBER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run POS/Cashier
- Prepare ingredients for cooking
- Cook orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent portion control & presentation
- Maintain food safety & sanitation standards
- Work directly with guests in an open kitchen environmentConsistency and Reliability
- Have a cheerful and positive attitude

Hazelnuts Crêperie is a locally owned restaurant serving sweet & savory crepes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course dessert. Our shop is located at the Blakeney Shopping Center in the heart of South Charlotte. We are a counter service concept offering a fast casual dining experience that is innovative and delicious. Our menu is inspired by international cuisine served up with a modern spin on crepes.
