Graphic Design Intern
HBK Engineering is searching for a Graphic Design Intern. Our firm offers a professional work environment that allows interns to work with the marketing team to implement design goals. You will work closely with our Marketing team to create and develop design materials, ensuring they align with company standards, facilitating the proposal process, and guiding the final draft process.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks :
- Assist in developing, organizing, updating, and formatting graphic design collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality, and corporate branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and technical staff to assist in preparing RFQs / RFPs and high-quality custom design packages.
- Assist in developing marketing material following brand standards for internal and external communications to drive excitement for programs.
- Assist in maintaining the company website (projects, news posts, locations).
- Coordinate corporate photography across multiple offices.
- Assist with the execution of HBK IMPACT employee volunteer program events.
- Assist with administrative tasks for ongoing marketing programs.

Hours : Intern 15-25 Hours are between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. so a flex schedule within business hours is preferred.
Travel : Minimal travel required, Carroll Office
Primary office : Van Buren Chicago, IL
