Job Description
Responsibilities:
FMPs will have a wide range of assignment selections in corporate finance, including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Each assignment is designed to both expose you to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives as well as the role that Finance plays in achieving the business’ objectives. In addition to great work, you will continue your education with our highly recognized university partners. FMP team members also have the opportunity to complete an international rotation in England, Ireland or Norway. As an FMP, you will have the opportunity to work with and showcase your work to senior Executives, who will act as coaches throughout your rotation and career. The Financial Management Program (FMP) provides you with exceptional experiences and accelerates your corporate finance career.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (completing in May 2025 – December 2025)
- Target majors include Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- GPA in Major greater than 3.0/4.0
- Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotations
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong analytical ability; proven leadership experience; team player; change-oriented; demonstrated integrity; strong communication skills
- Understanding of business concepts/strategy; intern or co-op experience in corporate finance; business/accounting or analytical coursework
