Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.
- Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics. No heads, no hearts, no pediatrics, no OB.
- Average surgical volume of 3600 cases annually.
- Schedule- 4 week rotation: Physicians work 2 weeks M-F, 7a-5p, followed by a week of coming in to finish cases late cases and then call from home, 7p-7a, followed by a week off.
- There are 2 Physicians on during the day. Supervision model and/or doing own case(s) as needed.
- Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
- Additional compensation if Physician opts to pick up extra call from home, 7p-7a
