Nighthawk Anesthesiologist Opportunity with 26 weeks on/ 26 weeks off in Richmond, VA!HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a BC/BE General Anesthesiologists to join the cohesive and supportive team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This is an in-house, overnight position with 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off. Chippenham is a Level I Trauma Center and has been proudly serving Central VA for over 50 years and is committed to providing the highest quality patient care with compassion and leading edge expertise.
Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 8 General Anesthesiologists, 4 CV Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 19-22 sites of service.
- Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Neuro/Spine, OB, General, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, GI, and Pediatrics.
- Annual surgical volume 14,000 cases. 1,100 labor epidurals on average.
- Schedule is 7p-7a, Monday through Sunday with the following week off. Two Physicians alternate weeks.
- No cardiac responsibilities as cardiac anesthesiologist is on call from home. CRNA in-house at all time, with a second on home call.
- W2, salaried opportunity with excellent compensation plus annual Trauma stipend.
