What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER position at HCL Technologies?
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Client s Security Team to document, implement and refine Oracle Cloud roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of project implementation milestones.
Work with Client to define and document process required for user provisioning to be implemented as ongoing support after project go live.
Attend and assist during CRP and UAT testing cycles to refine roles and data access as identified during user testing cycles.
Work with Project Team and Oracle with instance management and scheduling.
Define roles and access during production cutover activities as required in the NGF Cutover plan.
Support dev team for access issues during stabilization
Requirements:
Must have completed a full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud which included involvement setting up user, roles and data access.
Must have experience Configuring Roles and Data access in Oracle Cloud.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able work during PST time zone in the U.S.
(1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities. (2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. (3.) Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues. (5.) Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
