We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to assist the Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keeps staff informed of new policies and procedures
- Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
- Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests and resolves guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
- Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations systems, preferably choice advantage
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
