We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Fort Dodge, IA. We are looking for a friendly, team player to work with our integrated team of Chiropractors, Nurse Practitioner, and PTAs. The physical therapist will be examining and treating patients within our multidisciplinary office, recommending, and rendering care while coordinating care with rest of team, as well as overseeing PTAs on the therapy floor. We have an amazing team, with a welcoming and collaborative work environment!

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• PT License in IA
  
  

Schedule:

• Full time (Monday- Friday) or Part time (flexible on days worked)
  
  

Salary (range):

• $100,000- $110,000 /year plus bonuses
