To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Master’s Degree in a clinical field of study
- Current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health.
- 2 years of direct service experience preferred
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that clearly outline and target treatment goals
- Knowledge of mental health, trauma, substance use, social work, and emotional/behavioral issues that impact children and their families
- Healthy communication skills that allow for honest feedback and clinical/professional discourse
- Ability to work well as both a self starter and a team player, and demonstrate flexibility and collaboration to meet client, program, and agency needs
- A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, dynamic, mission-driven team!
